Planning Commission  

The Planning Commission's mission is to study and forward recommendations to the City Council for the adoption of long range comprehensive plans, policies, programs and services for a variety of land use, transportation and community facilities. The purpose would be for the physical development of the City and for the social and economic health of SeaTac citizens. The commission also studies and forwards recommendations to the City Council for a variety of development regulations to implement City of SeaTac Comprehensive Plan goals and policies.
