Four Ways to Register	Registration Form
Mail Send completed registration form with check or credit card information to: SeaTac Community Center 13735 24th Ave. S. SeaTac, WA 98168	General Registration Registration will be on a first come, first served basis. Please register early before classes are filled. CLASSES WITH INSUFFICIENT NUMBER OF REGISTRANTS WILL BE CANCELLED. Decisions to cancel classes will be made one (1) week prior to the start of class. Registration will be accepted during business hours, Monday-Thursday, 8 a.m.-9 p.m., and Friday, 8 a.m.-6 p.m. Please register at least one week prior to the first day of class. Mail-in registrants are advised to call to confirm that your registration has been received. Your cancelled check is your receipt. If the class has been filled prior to receiving your registration form, we will call you. Be sure to provide a daytime phone number on the registration form. Payment must be made at the time of registration. Make checks payable to "SeaTac Parks and Recreation." MasterCard and Visa are accepted. Participants under 18 years of age must have parental consent.
